How fast will my order be shipped?
Orders are either shipped the same business day or the next business day. Orders are normally delivered within four business days.
Can I get a refund or send a return?
Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds or returns. Due to the nature of our products, it would not be safe for our customers to accept returns. If you need to cancel your order and it has not been shipped, then reach out to our support email, and we will take care of you. If it has been shipped, there is nothing we can do.
How do I track my order?
Your tracking number will be emailed to you, along with your confirmation email.
How can I change my order?
If you need to change or have made a mistake on your order, please email us ASAP. Once your order is shipped, it can not be modified. It is very important that your information is accurate and correct. Please double-check your information before placing an order.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not. Currently, Tetrava only ships within the United States.
Do your products come with bacteriostatic water?
No. Bacteriostatic water must be purchased separately. All of our products come in lyophilized powder form.
Are all of your products lab-tested?
Yes, they are. When products are in stock, they will always have a link available to look at the test results. Each product is guaranteed to be above 99% purity and completely free of contaminants and heavy metals.
